After this period Apple products owners can purchase a care package that will cover the product if it was to have a fault after the warranty period.

Common problems with the iPhone include smashed screens; in order to repair this a brand new screen will have to be fitted and this can usually be quite expensive. In some cases a repair may not possible and if the product is not under warranty a brand new product will be supplied.
